Take advantage of every sunny day to swim at the nearby beaches Firule and Baćvica, covered with the finest sand. The beautiful pine forest of Marjan Park Forest will provide you with a daily dose of oxygen if you decide to take a morning walk or a recreational run. Every day you will have the opportunity to enjoy various entertainment options, from summer cinema to concert events or late-night shopping in the nearby shopping centers Joker, Mall of Split or City Center Split.

Extremely quiet neighborhood and friendly people. Near the apartment there is a supermarket with all necessary food and household items. You can choose from different types of cafes, as well as a pub a few meters away. If you need drugstore products, there is also BIPA. For the gastronomic well-being, Baraka BBQ and Brew Bar provide the best burgers and beers, while the best rock music is played in the background. If you prefer a lighter atmosphere, there is Babilon Restaurant, and for those with a sweet tooth, Bajamina 2 will not disappoint you with its top-notch pancakes.
