Our 200-year-old heritage house is located in the historical center of Punat, in the charming street Klancic, which in the late hours is decorated with the lights of romantic lanterns. I believe that your stay in our facility will bring you plenty of joy and beautiful memories. The entrance to the house is from the spacious terrace on the first floor.The soul of the house is the living room with dining area and kitchen. On the same floor there is also a hallway and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there is a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with satellite TV and balcony from which you can see Marina Punat as well as the surrounding neighboring houses. On the ground floor of the house is a relaxation area with a sauna (additional fee) and a spacious bathroom. There was a coffee roaster in that same space until 2022 :) . Barbecue and dining area are also at your disposal. Note: we also offer parking within the house, but only for smaller cars.
