Located just 20 meters from the sea and steps away from Dubrovnik’s historic Pile Gate, our apartments are ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and charm of Old Town. Each studio features modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, a safe, and heated bathroom floors. GOOD TO KNOW: Sea View: Only Studio 6 offers a sea view. As a small property, we cannot guarantee specific room allocations. There is no additional charge for the sea view studio. Situated on the top floor (3rd floor), Studio 6 is 45 steps. Please note there is no elevator. City Tax: Dubrovnik city tax is collected upon arrival. Adults: 2.65 EUR per night Youth (ages 12-18): 1.40 EUR per night Children under 12: No charge The city tax can be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or in cash.
