Our apartment is part of a charming farm with over 20 years of tradition in organic sheep farming. Experience the rustic charm and comfort of rural life with modern amenities at your fingertips.

Property info

This spacious 130 m² apartment features a large open-space area that combines the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The large dining island can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. Relax in the luxurious bathroom with a freestanding tub overlooking the garden, providing you with the perfect place to unwind. Surrounded by nature and an orchard, just 1 km from the pristine Kupa River, it offers a perfect setting for cycling, hiking, and walking in the summer, and for rest and relaxation in the winter. The apartment includes one bedroom with one king-size bed and one large bed, as well as a living room with two pull-out sofas. Five parking spaces are available. Smoking is not allowed, except on the balcony and porch. We will be happy to take you to the nearby peaks of Gorski Kotar or on motorcycle tours, and assist you in organizing cycling routes. Bed linens and towels are always fresh and clean but not ironed because we beleave it is a misspend of energy. The road to Rijeka is close to the house and during warm days sometimes it gets noisy from the motorcycles traveling to the sea. If something is not as it was expected please tell us and we’ll try to make it right.

Fratrovci is a picturesque village situated by the Kupa River, just a ten-minute walk from the house. The area is a paradise for nature lovers with its crystal-clear river. It’s a unique place for relaxation, swimming, fishing, and enjoying other activities. Explore numerous biking and hiking trails that wind through the scenic landscape. Whether you seek adventure or tranquility, Fratrovci offers the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Within a 5-kilometer radius, there are six restaurants and four shops. The highway entrance is just 7 km away, with a one-hour drive to the sea and even less to Zagreb.
