This unique apartment is located in a quiet area outside the city, perfect for relaxation. It is 5 minutes away from the city center by car, and there is also the option of a taxi boat that goes every half hour from Port 9 resort to the city center. This penthouse apartment offers everything you need for a perfect vacation, a comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. We have a balcony that leads to a roof terrace of 150 square meters. On the terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with a grill, a table and chairs for dining, a relaxation area, a hydromassage tub, deck chairs and an outdoor shower.
As an experienced host, I want each of our guests to feel welcome and take away wonderful memories from this beautiful island and our apartment. Meeting people from all over the world is what makes this job special and interesting.
This district is special for many things. A quiet area outside the hustle and bustle of the city and yet only a few minutes away by car or boat to the city. If you need to buy groceries, there is a large supermarket just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beach is a five-minute walk through the beautiful resort. Soline beach with a wonderful view of the island of Badija is 3 minutes away by car from the apartment. The boat to the island of Badija or Vrnik departs every half hour just a few minutes' walk from the apartment from the Port 9 resort. Connection with all important attractions is easy even if you come without a car.
