This charming family house in the heart of Crikvenica offers the perfect starting point for a successful holiday thanks to its central location. Just 100 meters away is the central market, where you can find fresh regional products such as vegetables and fish every day. Shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions are also in the immediate vicinity. The house extends over the ground floor, two floors and an attic. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms, a cozy living room with balcony access, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and two bathrooms. A sunny terrace invites you to linger. Additional amenities such as internet, air conditioning, a safe and tumble dryer ensure comfort. Pets are not allowed. The landlord provides a public parking space on arrival; additional parking spaces can be organized for a fee of around 10.00 euros per day.
