- 100m from sea and public,hotel beaches, central positioned apartment in new building - free parking and WiFi with direct sea view from your private terrace -only few minutes from all main city transportation devices - 50m from city center, shops, restaurants - 70m2 of surface ( terrace 20m2) - 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen - air conditioner, cooling and heating system, parking - can take up to 5 persons

It is a centrally located neightbourhood with all important things in nearby places, reachable by foot and that is the main reason why our guests like to stay in our apartment. Beaches and restaurants are only 300m from apartment and famous Lungo di Mare walk zone is very close to apartment. Also, it is very well connected because every bus or taxi service is stopping in city center so you have only few minutes of walking to get to apartment. For all guests that want or would like to visit Zrce Party Zone, apartment is very well positioned because main bus lines for Zrce zone are only few minutes from apartment or even if you would like to explore nature and walk to Zrce Zone, you can go and it will last for around 15min.
