Just a 5 minutes walk, there is an extensive pebble beach with bars, massages and water park, as well as peaceful and shady spots under the trees. Whether extended family with baby and grandma, a couple with dog, sporty action friends or sun seekers, whether in a chic bikini or textile-free – there is a beach section for everyone.

Our "Olive House" is located in the most perfect spot of the lagoon on a property with beautiful olive trees in the charming village of Simuni. The crystal clear water is just a few meters away from the house. From the patios and the balconies you can admire the picturesque view of the lagoon and the sea. You may observe the boats riding in and out of the lagoon and even dock your own boat right on the pier in front of the house. During your entire holiday you can leave your car safely parked on the grounds of Olive House. In Simuni you do not need a car. Everything the village has to offer and everything necessary for your personal needs is just a few minutes walk away. We would be happy and pleased to welcome you in Olive House .

Simuni is an idyllic fisherman's village with around 150 inhabitants located on the island of Pag. This village is located between the town of Novalija and the old city of Pag. Simuni is known for its beautiful, natural beaches with crystal clear water and dreamy and charming atmosphere. The multitude of trees located directly on the beach provide welcoming shade on hot, sunny days. Shops, restaurants, beach bars and cafes are available. Simuni offers a relaxing holiday and is ideal for families with children.
