Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 55-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment within fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. We offer industrial EV Charger.

Located in downtown Varazdin only 5 minutes walk away from main square, central market and pedestrian zone. Gym and sports center is accross the street from us and river Drava is 10 minute walk away. Guests are pleased with our location because they can park on the property and walk to grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
