I’m here to make your stay as pleasant as possible, whether you need local tips, help with anything, or just a friendly chat. I speak Croatian, Slovenian, German, and Italian. I’m a hospitality professional by trade—I trained as a waiter in Izola and spent 11 years working in Portorož, a well-known tourist destination in Slovenia. Over the years, I’ve gained experience across Europe, particularly in Germany, where I also owned and managed a restaurant. The idea of offering this kind of rural, continental tourism has been on my mind for many years. With plenty of effort and investment, my wife and I have brought the vision to life—apart from a few finishing touches on the house. After a lifetime in tourism, I understand how important it is to make every guest feel welcome, appreciated, and eager to return. Our rooms are located at the foot of the Bilogora hills, just 7 km from the center of Koprivnica, in a peaceful, green setting. Guests can enjoy walking, jogging, cycling, or riding electric scooters. Or they can simply relax outdoors, using our barbecue, spit-roast, or traditional peka grill. A heated outdoor pool and guided quad rides through Bilogora will be available soon. The nearby town of Koprivnica is rich in cultural heritage, featuring museums, a synagogue, baroque architecture, and the Podravka food museum. Close by are the village of Hlebine, famous for its Museum of Naive Art, the scenic Lake Šoderica (often called the “Sea of Podravina”), and the Đurđevac Sands, known as the “Podravina Sahara.” There are many other charming local attractions waiting to be discovered—many of which you can easily explore online or with our help.
