Two apartment buildings Orkula lie in the small Dalmatian village of Banj on the island of Pašman. In the heart of Adriatic, at the intersection of warm winds, in the authentic island nature, 30 meters from the pearly crystal sea. arefully chosen location and spacy rooms offer comfort in the traditional Dalmatian style. Each apartment boasts a large private terrace with panoramic sea view, spacious storage in the basement and private parking.
Orkula Appartments is run by sea, earth and sun lover Maja, with one mandate to create cosy and chick apartmens to feel the authenticy of the natural world around it.
Due to its unique location in the middle Adriatic, between the Kornati islands and the coast, the island of Pašman offers numerous possibilities for both peaceful and active holidays suitable for couples, families or singles. Two apartment buildings Orkula are located in the peaceful area, amidst unspoiled nature, near the small Pašman village of Banj. The apartments Orkula are lapped by the clearest sea in the Adriatic where, due to the natural phenomenon of the Pašman channel, sea tides change four times a day.
