PaCha boutique house 4* is a brand new house in Novalja. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom, kitchen with living room, bathroom, laundry room, terrace. It has a Mediterranean garden and parking. It is located only 7 minutes walk to the center. Babe beach is only 1.4 km from the house. The house is a separate object and provides you with privacy and enjoyment during your vacation. Enjoy our house!
I am Margarita, I was born on my island and I live there. I am a big fan of our stone, the sea, the overgrown and unknown paths on the island, olive trees and pine trees. I have been involved in tourism for many years, I really like meeting new people and socializing. I have two small dogs with whom I often walk and explore. I hope to be a good host for you, to help you with everything you need. Fall in love with my island.
The location is good, not far to walk to the center, beach or bus station. A lot of new apartments have been built near our house and are still being built. From our terrace you can see the sea and a large part of Novalja.
