Malinska is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk. The island itself is the second biggest island in the Adriatic sea. One of the best features of this area is the climate with little rain and about 260 sunny days per year. Malinska and the surrounding coastal towns were once little fishing settlements but now this area is a vibrant tourist destination, offering its guests a multitude of cultural sites and social events. The lush intact Mediterranean vegetation is another top feature to be enjoyed during your visit and will shurrely help with leaving all the stress from the everyday life behind.
