We are here to make you feel like home! Our mission is simply to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff is partly made of family members Aleksandra and Toni, end experienced locals Antonio and Karla who love the city and have a passion for helping people.

Open the door, step in our small family run property perfectly located in the heart of the city with windows oriented towards the south sunny side facing red terracotta roofs and stone houses of a 300-year-old peaceful neighbourhood. Relax in one of eight rooms on the first and second floor of a residence built by our close ancestor in 1937. Feel the authentic local family atmosphere formed by tradition, heritage, friendliness, dedication and joy shining from our hearts. Enjoy a cooked homemade breakfast in our cosy dining room, wake your senses with the smell of good coffee, and start exploring the old city at your fingertips. Feel the breeze on the main promenade or have a swim on the city beach all within a five-minute walk. Stroll down the other side of the block, hop on the ferry or bus, and start your island adventure. Feel like at home, blend in with the local culture and experience the city from a location beyond comparison.

Located only one block away from the very heart of the city with relatively "green surroundings" this neighbourhood is perfect to explore the city and to feel the local lifestyle. Whether you want to discover Diocletian's palace, go for a swim at the nearest beach or embark on a trip to one of the many islands you can do it within a five-minute walk from Royal Suites. The grocery shop is few yards away, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and traditional cuisine "konobas" all around us! There is a pharmacy, police station and a post office just around the corner, in general: the whole neighbourhood is peaceful and calm, and since it's one of the oldest parts of town it's filled to the brim with a particular old style charm. This is the best possible neighbourhood to feel the lifestyle of our local community and to start your exploration of the city and the Dalmatian coast.
