The house is built of stone, the original building material of region Dalmatia, located right next to the Krka National Park, in a natural setting and far enough from the noise and bustle, but close to all facilities necessary for a good holiday. In the house you will be surrounded with all the comfortable amenities and yet in the midst of unspoiled nature, what makes ideal conditions for your vacation.
Near the house there are a number of interesting attractions, historical, cultural, natural. The house borders the national park Krka and is close to the island of Visovac, a small island with a Franciscan monastery, religious and natural attractions, Roski waterfall, one of the Krka river waterfalls with natural barriers, Manojlovački waterfall, the highest waterfall in the Krka river, medieval forts Nečven, mausoleum of Ivan Mestrovic, the most famous Croatian sculptor and so on. The house is also close to the towns of Skradin, Sibenik and Zadar, which are also full of historical sites.
