Villa Lavea is conveniently located just a short walk from the shops and restaurants in the heart of Trogir. Offering stunning sea views, abundant sunlight, stylish furnishings, and unique layouts, this villa is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking comfort and elegance. Recently renovated and classified as a Deluxe property, Villa Lavea is situated near all of Trogir's main attractions, including the promenade, shops, and dining options. Located in a pedestrian zone, it features a private parking space for up to two cars on its own plot. The villa comprises two three-bedroom apartments, each offering an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining and living area with SAT TV. One apartment includes two full bathrooms, while the other has three, providing ample space and comfort for all guests. For the more adventurous, we can provide recommendations for exploring the entire Dalmatian region. Feel free to contact us—your memorable holiday in Trogir starts here!

We adore our city and that is why we've prepared a small “guide” to make you experience our town as a true local. We'll share with you the information where do the locals have coffee, buy groceries or presents, have a pizza or a nice dinner…. You can just relax and enjoy Trogir.

All conveniences are within a short walking distance: grocery stores, excellent bakeries and pastry shops, the green market, restaurants, as well as bus and taxi stations, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, and a library.
