The penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor of the Villa and stretches over 75 sqm of interior space and terrace of 20 sqm. Sea view from this Penthouse apartment is just breathtaking. Two luxurious bedrooms with a double bed and fully equipped bathroom with bide and shower. Both bedrooms and terrace offers exquisite sea view. There are a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a lovely living room with leader sofas. The apartment has TV, dishwasher, washing machine and it is fully air-conditioned.
