Going on a trip, you need somewhere to sleep, you want to rest away from everyone in peace and without too much noise, away from the public eye, let us know, book your room on time or ask us immediately. We are located in the village Lipovac, 2 km from the border crossing Bajakovo/Batrovci, border with Serbia, approx. 100 meters at the entrance to the village by the main road after descending from the highway. We have 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets that are for shared use. Room with two single beds, room with one and extra bed, room with double bed, extra beds as well as beds for babies. Balconies and terraces, air conditioning, wi fi, large yard with various facilities, garden, free parking safe, and everything else you need. Everything for you to feel as comfortable as possible. ➡ We are open and at your disposal 0-24 hours, without hesitation call at any time, we are here for you.
About the house is taken care of by a kind girl and her mother, extremely friendly and communicative, contact us at any time of day or night, we are here for you. Make yourself at home.
