Property info

Villa Bella is fully stoned traditional villa with pool, yet completely renovated, centered in Novalja city center, only few minutes walking to downtown area, where most of the restaurants and caffe shops are placed, as well as the market place, grocery stores, etc. All the units have private entrance. There is a big parking place in the backyard of the Villa especially for our guests. Even though it's in the city center, it's not noisy and you can relax in the yard surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, or enjoy our barbecue area or outdoor kitchen. All apartments are luxuriously equipped with modern furniture and mattresses and all the amenities needed for a carefree vacation.

Neighborhood info

Villa Bella is placed right in the city center, on the Škopaljska street, just few minutes walking from the downtown area. Even though it is nearby the center, villa has a very spacious yard surrounding her so it is very peaceful around. The closest beach is walking distance 10 minutes from the house.
