Objekt se nalazi u mirnoj ulici grada Krka.Blizu: centra,katedrale,plaža,rive,restorana,autobusnog kolodvora. U kući žive domaćini.Za sva eventualna pitanja uvijek stojimo na usluzi. Okućnica je uređena sa puno zelenila,besplatnim parkingom za goste.
Dragi gosti! Ako izaberete naš smještaj,sigurno nećete pogriješiti. Vlasnici imaju 64 g. žive u prizemlju,dočekujemo svoje goste,pićem dobrodošlice,kavom, uopznavanjem sa znamenitostima grada Krka. Iznajmljujemo već 40 godina i mnogi gosti se već desetljećima vraćaju.Sklopili smo puno lijepih poznanstava i prijateljstava sa svojim gostima.
U blizini se nalazi katedrala 14.st.frankopanski kaštel,Biskupija,muzej,franjevački samostan,benediktinski samostan. Mnogi restorani,pizerije,slastičarnice,kafići,trgovine.Sve na udaljenosti od max 500m.
