This is a lovely and welcoming studio apartment located in Dubrovnik Old Town. Great location, close to all main attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops, nightlife and beach would suite travelers looking for a central place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik City.  Set on the second floor of a traditional stone building, the studio offers its guests modern furnishing throughout the space which includes a well equipped kitchenette, a cozy sitting area and a queen size bed with a convenient little work space and a full bathroom with a shower. Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
