SUGAR HOUSE with its garden is situated within the 200 m of the centre of the old town, where main piazza and St. Mary’s church is located. There is about 200 m of walking distance to the sea and 300 m to the main sandy beach. The shopping area is all within walking distance and the pharmacy is as well. Sugar house has its own private parking 100 m from the house. I wish to point out to my guests, that the house has a NEW KITCHEN with the addition of a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an electric stove with a glass-ceramic plate, an oven, and a NESPRESSO coffeemaker. My new bathroom is very modern, comfortable and shining. For your use, there is a new washing machine and a hairdryer. My favorite spot to chill is on the new wooden bench under the olive tree in the Mediterranean garden. In the garden there is a set of chairs and a table under a fig tree and next to it is a barbecue place with appliances. The island Pag is known for its unique lace, goat cheese, figs, olives, white wine, herb brandy “travarica” and old-fashioned natural salt production. Liqueur Prosecco and Sage honey are as well delicious products of the island. Pag has 27 km of of sandy and rocky beaches, and you will find also healing mud. The most famous beach is Zrče Beach, the destination of partygoers. “Pagart festival” is a new event which gathers world famous musicians. As far as sports and recreation goes there are some tennis courts, mini football fields, biking trails, hiking possibilities, diving, sailing & surfing. Excursions are possible to National Park Krka, Paklenica, historical town Zadar with its magnificent buildings and on the way to Pag you can also visit the most famous lakes in Europe under the protection of Unesco – Plitvice lakes.
