The most important aspect of our apartments is their location. A 15 minute walk to Zrce, a ten minute walk to the center. The furniture, the apartments themselves are new. It's spacious and perfect for a easy-going summer. Suitable for all ages.
My wife will be handling all the activities connected with Guests. I have retired so I also will be available all the time. She speaks Croatian and English language fluently ... in case we will have some Guests from India, than it is good to know that she speaks Hindu too. I speak English and Italian language.
Novalja is a tourist spot for all ages. Families tend to go to Kamp Strasko, the camp is a mere 5-10 minute walk from our house. In the camp you can spend the entire day, there are activities, restaurants and all in all fun.There is also a fun fair, so the kids wont be bored . The center presents a variety of restaurants - junk food, sea food, all sorts. The house is a 10-minute walk from the center. Since it is a small town, everything is near. Most events are connected to Zrce, however, at times there are small singing events that are family and friends oriented in the very center of Novalja. Novalja is safe. All the apartments are located in safe spots. The distance from the center and Zrce are almost the same, the distance being safe from sound disturbance and any sort of annoyance.
