Prestigious Villa Sun and Sea is the perfect choice for you to have a relaxing holiday retreat close to the beach (400m - Dunat beach )with a beautiful view of the whole Punat bay. Villa consists of 2 apartments in one house, which are only rented together as a single unit to only one group of guests. Lower apartment is a 40m2 studio with one double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two. Upper 80m2 apartment consists of 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed for one. There is a private pool in the green garden in front of the Villa at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the warm rays of sun on the sun beds, have a barbecue or simply enjoy a few drinks with your friends and family at the cocktail bar. With walking distance to the beach, gorgeous view of Punat and all 4-star attributes, Villa Sun and Sea provides everything for an enjoyable and prestigious holiday you will remember. Maximum of 7+3 guests. For any questions, the owner is available in a separate flat.
Before entering the tourism market, I used to own a bar & restaurant in my hometown Ljubljana. After opening the two villas, I have decided to put an outside mini bar bar , so the guests could enjoy of being their own bartenders right next to the private pool. For most of the year, I am also staying in Kornić, so whenever you have a question or require assistance, please feel free to contact me and I will gladly help.
Kornić is a very quiet and safe neigbourhood, so you can have no worries parking your cars in our private parking. The nearest bus station is 400 meters from the villa, but it is very simple to get a taxy, as it is located right next door. Kornić also has a bakery, grocery shop, cafe/bar and a restaurant, all located about 300 meters from the property. Old city centre of Punat is only 2 km away and the capital Krk lies just 5 km away.
