There are two flight of stairs leading up from the street to the property entrance gate. Upon entering gate you'll find yourself on a lovely terrace equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs. From the terrace there are few steps leading up to the apartment entrance doors.

This is a recently renovated 2-bedrooms loft apartment set in the Pile area, just 5 minutes walking distance from Old Town. The apartment offers a lovely terrace to enjoy and relax during the lovely summer days. Free private parking is available  however advance notice on arrival with a car is necessary. Set on the second floor of a traditional stone made residential house apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower, living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen. Bedroom and living room windows offer stunning views over the Lovrjenac fortress and university garden. Amenities include: AC ( all rooms), Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer and well equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

Apartment is well positioned within a short walking distance from all main attractions, beaches, restaurants and shops. Nearest beach is Sulic located just 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment while famous Banje beach is only 15 minutes away. Nearest supermarket is located at Pile gate, main entrance to the Old Town, only 4 minutes walking distance.
