Apartment „The Rooftop“ is a newly-decorated apartment located on the top-floor our family home, giving it it’s penthouse properties and an appropriate name. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a large bathroom and a spacious living room with an accompanying kitchen and dining room. One of the highlights of the apartment definitely is the private roofed terrace with a beautiful view on the city of Punat, and the island of Košljun situated in the center of the Punat bay. The terrace provides an ideal chance to view how the golden sun sets into the beautiful blue sea or just to relax by the candlelight and enjoy a warm summer’s eve. The amenities provided include a flat-screen TV, radio, free wireless internet access, air conditioning and several more others. The house has a garden, filled with flowers, a wooden table with benches placed next to a barbecue, and a parking spaces secured for guests. The apartment is located in the center of Punat, within a 500m walking distance from the beaches and a 150m distance from the town’s center and shops, making it easy for guests to complete all of their activities on foot, while their cars are secured on apartment’s free parking.

Punat is a place that generations of our family have been calling home, so now it gives us great pleasure and joy to show to our guests why this has been the case. My family and I mostly spend our free time sewing and making handicraft items, acting in the local amateur theater, growing olives and producing extra-virgin olive oil. You will most definitely notice this during your stay in our apartment, since a large number of items used to decorate the apartment is handmade and you’ll also definitely have the chance to taste our extra-virgin olive oil.
