The apartments are owned by our family. We are Croatians from New York and Croatia. Either myself, mom, sister, brother, sister in laws, brother in laws or father will be who you will be meeting for the keys and to show you your room. We also do all the cleaning, washing, ironing ourselves. My moms house in next door, attached to the apartments. If you need anything you can ring her bell or call one of us. Every year we fix something new. We have been open since 2015. The inside of the building and all apartments were completely renovated with new floors, walls, bathrooms, and kitchen areas. and now we are working on the outside. A new rock balcony floor has been put in but not updated in pictures yet and we are hoping to redo the facade next year. 8 studio apartments in the center of Punat, Otok Krk, Croatia. 4 apartments have sea view, 4 don't. There is shared balcony with sea view which everyone has access to. We are located right in the center close to many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the post office, parks, and lots of ice cream and fresh juices! In the park across the street you can access "punat hotspot" which is free internet. There is WiFi in the apartments. The parking is street parking in a parking lot which can be seen from the balcony. On certain days there are events in the center with live music, food, dancing, etc.. On these certain days and nights if you are not out enjoying the fun you will be able to hear the music and people from your rooms. You can also enjoy the music from balcony if you don't feel like being in the crowd. If you come on a day where there is an event be aware that access to the parking lot will be closed for people to walk, drink, dance, sing, etc. and you will have to park in a free parking lot which is about a 5-10 minute walk away; this is not common. *Extra beds (cots) are available upon request at 10 Euro/night fee. Pets are also welcome for a 10 Euro/night fee.*

Across the street, seen from balcony, are boats where you can book boat tours, take taxi boats or go on fish picnics to close by islands, towns, caves, a monastery, and much more. You will be surrounded by cafes and restaurants including one right downstairs, in the same building as the apartments. To left are 2 cafes (Cafe Piccollo and Cafe Jadro) and then as you continue to walk left to the beach there are many more cafes and restaurants as well as sitting parks and kids parks. Once you reach the beach there is a water park with slides and a pool, a blow up water park in the water and you can even go on an under water adventure. There is also one night club on the way to beach. To the right, towards Punat Marina, there is Riva Bistro, Venezia Ice Cream, Pizza Leo and many more wonderful restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The Marina is also just a few minutes walk to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sit in the Park, seen from balcony, and walk along the water and on the docs looking at all the boats and birds. You can also sun tan and jump off certain docs. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the docs from the balcony. It's a good location for people looking for fun and relaxation.
