Step into 140m² of artsy magic in Varaždin’s old town! This 250-year-old house (fully revamped in 2025) is packed with global treasures—mid century sideboards, porcelain lamps, a custom Gibson guitar—and luxe perks like an open bathtub, 40m² chill terrace, smart lights, AC, and a laser projector, iPad, Apple TV. Super quiet side street—unless it’s Špancirfest time, then it’s artists, sometimes also DJ + street bar central! Sleeps 2-6. Historic charm meets funky, artsy design-forward vibes. During the town festivities, the street may be not accessible by the car - but public parking places are available 150m away from the property.
U3 Loft Team is a little team around the owner of the Loft who is travelling the world, collecting experiences and memories that he regularly brings to this place.
The street Once a modest service lane, Uska Street—meaning "narrow street"—was originally designed to support the bustling trade of the two lively commercial streets on either side. In its early days, the charming houses along this passage served mostly as warehouses, quietly powering the town’s economic life up until the mid-20th century. Today, Uska Street has transformed into a vibrant and beloved destination, especially during the city's most celebrated event, Špancirfest. During the festival, this once-hidden alley comes alive with colorful displays of local artistry, handcrafts, street performers, and musicians, turning it into a must-visit cultural hotspot in the heart of the city.
