New luxury apartment with a private heated pool that belongs exclusively to the apartmen. Apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of a residential building. It has separate entrance from main entrance or from private parkings. The total usable area of the space is 175m². The apartment offers 60m² of indoor space and 90m² of a fenced private garden and two parking spaces with a surface area of bit over 25m². Within the garden, there is a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and heated hydromassage pool as extension to the covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. The terrace and pool are secluded from view, providing privacy and relaxation. The entire garden is enclosed with a privacy fence tall enough to provide privacy from street and surounding facilities. Additionally, the garden includes a barbecue and a grass turf area for sunbathing or spending time outdoor. There are two private parking spaces available only for guests of the apartment. Garden can be accessed directly from the parking area trough locked gates gusests access only. Each room is equipped with air conditioning with separate setting options. The apartment and garden are east - south - west -facing, so they are sunny throughout the all day from morning till evening. Trogir has a large number of sunny days annually, allowing the garden to be used year-round. The distance from the center of Trogir is approximately 700 meters by foot around 10-15min and 5min by car. The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, bedding, and all household appliances, dishes, and other necessities. All doors and windows are fitted with insect screens for protection. The apartment is located in a neighborhood with similar residential buildings. The distance from the city center is approximately 700 meters. There is no need to use a car to explore the city and its sights. The environment is peaceful, and the apartment is in the second row from the main road. Vehicle access is via a double lane. A restaurant is about 150 meters away, a store is 300 meters away, sports fields are approximately 500 meters away, and the beach is about 700 meters away. Trogir is rich in restaurants, numerous cultural events, and concerts. The center offers boat, car, and motorbike rental services. There are also many excursion and tourist tour options available. The airport is nearby. Trogir and the nearby island of Čiovo, connected to Trogir by two bridges, offer beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea. The beaches provide amenities for relaxation and recreation, and in the evening, they transform into great places for nightlife. There are also other cities nearby that you can visit—Split is about 25 km away, Šibenik 50 km, Krka National Park 59 km, and many other destinations.
