Location Location Location Apartment is located in completely renewed Mediterranean Stone Vila, in the very center of Cavtat - a small Mediterranean Town only 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik Old Town. With just a few meters from the sea and a minute away from the nearest beach, it`s a perfect place to spend your holiday. Parking place for your car is available and we can also arrange car hire. To our guests we can arrange transit to/from Dubrovnik Airport.

We are local family in this house for generations.

The property is renewed with preserving the unique benefits of a Stone Vila: natural cozy temperature thanks to the natural stone walls, aroma of garden with lemon and orange trees, patio where you can read in shadow and enjoy in very calming place. The house is on ideal location only few minutes away from every point of interest: beach, restaurant, walk by the sea, Dubrovnik Old Town etc. Climate in Dubrovnik and Cavtat especially is excellent with lots of sun and warm crystal clear Adriatic sea.
