On clear days you can even see the bay of Dubrovnik. The power supply is granted through photovoltaic cells and thanks to the rainwater retention basin there is always fresh water available. The access to the location is very easy by car, bike or foot. The distance to the town of Korčula is only 2 km, to the ferry port 4 km t and 7 km to Lumbarda. If you feel relaxed enough and decide to leave paradise for a while you can easily reach the finest island bays and beaches within 5 - 10 minutes driving time. Our neighbourhood is in fact pure nature and a few minutes walking distance you get to the tiny and cozy village of Žrnovo which is escellent for relaxing. In Žrnovo you get probably the best and honest food of the whole Island of Korčula in 3 Konobas (agriculture restaurants). The town of Korčula is only 3 minutes driving distance by car or 5 minutes by bike (downhill but uphill longer, of course).
