This modern house is part of a new residential area, built in a completely quiet street, surrounded by greenery that abounds in this part of the island. The house is 400 meters from the beach which is a 10 minute walk. For miles around there are various beaches, from landscaped stone, pebble to beautiful sandy beaches, among which every visitor will find a place for themselves. House Marton is designed in a modern style with elements of modern architecture in a way that allows the visitor the comfort and experience of nature that surrounds it. The beautiful sea view extends from three terraces, on the ground floor, first floor and on the passable roof, which also offers a view of Velebit, the largest Croatian mountain whose peaks in conjunction with the landscape of the island enchant and create a magical experience for visitors. For all who want to spend an unforgettable, relaxing and pleasant time with their family and friends, Holiday home Marton is the ideal choice! Note: house is located at Brune Bušića 39, Mandre. At the moment, due to the lack of updates, the address on map is not visible yet, so the location of Kolan is displayed. Contact us for detailed directions.

The facility is located in Mandre. Mandre is a small fishing and tourist place located in the western part of the island of Pag in the municipality of Kolan. Along the whole place there is a pebble and rocky beach surrounded by greenery, nature and clear sea. Mandre are an ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday with family or friends. The town of Mandre on the island of Pag can be reached from the west by ferry from the port of Prizna, and from the south over the Pag bridge. Nearby are: Novalja, the popular beach Zrce, the town of Pag and ACI marina Simuni. The city of Zadar is only 1 hour and 15 minutes drive, and the mountain Velebit, which is visible from the roof of the building and its parks takes a little more than 2 hours drive.
