Luxury Villa Nomad is situated in the heart of Dalmatia, in center of a small coastal town of Vodice. This fully renovated and restored house is nestled in a perfect spot, near the centre yet far enough from the all noise and commotion of a tourist season in full swing – ensuring that you’re close to the action when you want to be, but that you can also relax in peace and serenity. Villa consist of 320 m2 of private space stretched out trough ground floor, first floor and the top floor with the stunning terrace giving a view of the sea and nearby islands. House offers thematically designed 2 master suites, 2 bedrooms and 1 unique penthouse with separate entrances making it an ideal space for socializing but also privacy. Sleeping arrangement allows to comfortably welcome up to 10 people with additional 3 sofas that can be extended for children’s use. The Villa is child friendly with baby cot and highchair available for your convenience. Suitably, you will find 2 spacious leaving rooms extending to open plan kitchens and large dining areas which you can enjoyably share with your family or friends. When the day gets hot savor yourself in our newly built outdoor swimming pool with salt water which is mild on the skin and environment. Guests will notice the original furniture from Morocco, Thailand, Kenya, Middle East, Afghanistan and many others, brought together by the owners of Nomad from the countries in which we have lived, worked and travelled. The hardwood parquet floors, venetian blinds, rustic stone walls, open fireplace, and bamboo walls create an atmosphere of coziness and relaxation. For visitors to Nomad in the winter months, there is solar heating throughout the house, keeping all the spaces comfortably warm. Whether you are lounging by the pool, or sitting on one of the three large balconies sipping a glass of wine before returning to the comfort of your bedroom for a good night's sleep, Nomad makes it easy to relax.

I am Ana and Vodice is my hometown. After my childhood days I have lived in different cities in Croatia and later in many countries abroad. Different cultures, religions and way of life inspire me and make me want to see and know more. I enjoy music, yoga, outdoor activities and dancing. I also like to be a child again with my children.

When staying at Nomad it is just a two-minute walk to nearest cafes and restaurants, or a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach. You can drive to the famous Krka waterfalls and pay a visit to the historic city of Šibenik, with its medieval squares, walls, fortresses and the stunning Cathedral. Vodice harbor with its lively scene of cafes, restaurants and boutiques is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Kornati Islands National Park is less than an hour of sailing. You can see the islands marking the “gates of Kornati” from the top floor lounge.
