The spacious holiday house occupies the left half of a former farmhouse from the year 1880, which was renovated in 1999 and converted into two holiday houses next to each other. It is equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 70m² spread over two floors provides a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern daylight bathroom. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs, satellite Tv and a wooden dining table with four chairs. The kitchen next to it is equipped with a two-zone electric hob, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall cupboard with a mirror, as well as a toilet. Wide wooden stairs lead to the upper floor with the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x200cm). Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. Your pet is also welcome. Your private 40m² sunny terrace outside is separate from the terrace belonging to the other half of the house and ensures pleasant privacy.
