The property is close to other facilities: We are located close to a bigger town called Crikvenica. Bakery is just on the street below us. A small store ( Konzum ) is also very close by ( visible from the property ). Every apartment has a see view as we are close to the beach. A good restaurant is also on a street below us ( Domino ). We are located close to the beach approximately 3-5 min walk to it. There is also a small coffee shop located beside the Konzum store if you want to drink coffee. A grill, outdoor shower, terrace with seats are available to be used. We also offer a private parking space just below the house for each apartment. In case more then one parking is required we can arrange a 2nd parking spot. The facility has AC available for every apartment but is charged 10 Euros a day. We allow animals up to 10Kg on the property upon request but is charged 10 Euros a day.

Usually very quiet and friendly. There are a lot of facilities close by.
