Just 60 metres from the beach, Eco Sunshine Apartments Lumbarda offers sunny apartments with a kitchen and private balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The property has a seasonal outdoor pool with a sun terrace, and there are 2 beaches within 600 metres. Soft beige and white tones create a calm and relaxing atmosphere in each apartment at Lumbarda, and they have free Wi-Fi and a satellite LCD TV. The apartments are air conditioned and have a modern kitchen. All units include a dishwasher. The apartments feature totally new, modern kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, stove and an oven. The property has a seasonal outdoor heated pool with a sun terrace, and first beach is only 60 m away. BBQ facilities are provided on site for summer evenings. The centre of Lumbarda with its cafés and bars is 500 metres from the villa. The ferry port in Korcula is 6 km away, and free parking is provided.

We ensure that by giving people a choice of only best, rigorously selected villas, apartments and hotels, first-hand tips about secluded beaches, places to get fresh fish and a tip where to find the best ice cream in town. We experience each of our locations personally, so we are giving our guests first-hand tips & tricks, just the way we would give it to our closest friend. We want you to come home in love with in this beautiful Adriatic coast at least as half as we are.

Smaller apartments can host up to 4 persons and are situated on the 1st and 2nd floor. They have 1 separate bedroom with a double bed and there is a pull-out sofa for two (90x200 and 80x190) in the living room. Every apartment has a lovely en-suite bathroom with a shower and a smaller balcony with a table and 4 chairs (app. 2m x 2m) overlooking the sea side. The sea can be seen from one of the apartments on the 1st floor, while the other overlooks the neighbour house. The apartments on the 2nd floor have a beautiful view of the sea. All apartments naturally have air-conditioning and SAT TV. The larger apartment on the ground floor can host up to 8 people. There is a double bed in one bedroom and in the other, larger bedroom, there are two double beds separated by a wardrobe. The living room has a pull-out sofa for 2 (90x190 cm for both beds), and there is also a kitchen and a large dining table for 8. In front of the entrance to the apartment is an area intended for a terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs). There is a pool next to the house and a covered terrace with 2 barbecues, tables and chairs, complete with a breathtaking view of the sea.

The apartment house is situated in Lumbarda, only 6 km away from the lovely Korcula town with the magnificent old town center. There is a famous restaurant (150m) near the apartments, you will need 300 m to reach the first shop, and 700 m to the center of Lumbarda, where you can rent a sailboat or a boat. The diving center is also in the center of Lumbarda. Lumbarda is situated on the south cape of Korcula island. It is surrounded with sandy beaches, the two most famous being Bili Zal and Przina. Numerous small islands, scattered on the sea and its surroundings create long shoals and offer ideal conditions for water sports as well as paddling around the water. The path to the beach is filled with picturesque vineyards while you inhale the aroma of the sea, the greenery and admire the colours of the Mediterranean. In the evening you can enjoy the local gastronomy at the restaurants by the sea. The first beach is next to the apartment, only a 60-m descent to reach the rocky-pebble beach. The first pebble beach (small white stones) is 600 m away while the sandy beach with a long shoal (the water reaches your knees the first 50 m) is 2 km away.
