The property is located right on the waterfront of an inlet with an amazing view. Your friends and family will feel right at home in this spacious, stylishly furnished property. If you aren't into cooking, you can always order in.... (menus provided from the local restaurants). We also have a private tranquil area for relaxation , stretching and meditation where you can start you day right or rejuvenate after exploring the surroundings of Dubrovnik. After visiting vibrant Dubrovnik Old Town, you will love sitting on the terrace watching the boats go by while sipping a cold drink. if you're lucky,you just might see some dolphins swimming by.... Also, we are taking extra measures to make sure the property is properly aired and cleaned for your safety, with extra time given (24 hours) between guest departure and arrival.

The property is in a picturesque quiet area. The lower road in front of the house is great for the morning jog or a stroll to a quaint open area café right on the waterfront. The local bus stop is only a 2 minute walk and the bus takes you right to the entrance of the old town. You can swim or fish right in front of the property. Close by is a big boat marina, with children playgrounds area, restaurants and an open swimming pool.
