This is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated in 2018, located in the old city of Rogoznica on the main island (the island is connected with the bridge to main land). The house has air-condition in all rooms (included in the price), modern equipped kitchen, cozy terrace with both dinning place and lounge seating where you can enjoy the atmosphere and view over the square and sea front promenade.

Rogoznica, a town with a crystal clean sea, beautiful beaches, karst and stone, is situated 25 km south of Šibenik and 40 km north of Split. Airport in Split is just 20km from Rogoznica. This is a typical Mediterranean town, ideal for a peaceful and pleasant holiday away from the bustle of the city. Culture and history are deeply rooted in this city, as visible by a beautiful and sacred building. Villa Inevig is located at the square below parish church of St. Nikola with a bell tower built in the style of medieval Dalmatian architecture. There are many beaches in Rogoznica and most of them are just few minutes walk from the house. Beautiful archipelago is reachable by boats (several boat rental companies in Rogoznica, where you can either rent just a boat or one day cruise to some of popular destinations as islands Hvar and Vis). As you stay in the old city, there are plenty of local Mediterranean restaurants just few steps from the house. Rogoznica is also known for Marina Frapa that has been awarded 15 times as best marina in Croatia. Very distinctive and mystical lake, called Dragon's Eye is also located in Rogoznica.
