Villa Antiqua, an old Dalmatian stone house dating back to the early 17th century, situated in the small fishing village called Ugrinić. It is ideal choice for all those wanting a real relaxation and privacy
The family owned villa has been completely restored to its original design externally, and internally has been renovated and modernised throughout. It provides accommodation over 3 floors, has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, living room, fitted kitchen, open plan dining area, open deck, private parking, grill and outdoor shower. For smaller family or groups there is a charming appartment 2+2, with a wonderfull terrace with a sea view.

The nearest beach and the sea-port in the village is a two-minute walk from the house. The resort Tkon is about 1,5 kilometer away, or a pleasant twenty-minute walk by the sea.It's safe, friendly and great choice for families or couples.Island Pasman has perfect location because it is so close to manny national parks such as Kornati, Waterfalls Krka, Paklenica, Vransko lake and Plitvice lakes. The sea is very clean and ideal for wind surfing. Zadar and Biograd are the nearest cities, only 20-45mins and Split 2 hours by car. TRANSPORTATION
buses operate between Pašman and Ugljan islands. Taxi boat operate between Biograd and Tkon upon request. Timetables are available from the Tourist office in Tkon;
SHOPPING
Green market, fish market, restaurants, coffe bars, supermarket, pharmacy, atm's, ambulance, post office, tourist office, and ferry port is just 2 km away in Tkon. Our accomodation is also close to the Harmony camp which offers a complete physical, mental relaxation, vegetarian program and self development seminars with nature field trips.
