There is an enclosed garden and tiled patio with garden furniture, a large outdoor dining table and a barbecue. A sun lounger terrace and a swimming pool with massage jets are available from the garden and bedrooms and from there you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea or the stunning sunsets.

The Koločep island, or Kalamota island as locals call it, is very calming and peaceful place where are no vehicles! There are no pubs or discos as well, although there is ambient live music every evening at a nice restaurant by the sea. It is ideal place for nature break. Its inhabitants primarily live of agriculture and make homemade organic products which you can taste and buy at spot. Among historical attractions are small churches from 9th, 11th and 14th centuries as well as archaeological collection of findings from Roman era. For recreational activities we recommend renting a bike, taking a hike, diving into the Blue Cave or taking an enchanting swim at FKK nudist beach. The Koločep island is the first island, from Dubrovnik, in the Elafiti archipelago. Therefore it takes only 30 minutes to reach it by regular boat line from Dubrovnik main port Gruž or private taxi boat, which can be arranged. Taking a regular boat line you'll be sailing on a beautiful historical ship built in the early 1960's with iron exterior and ligneous interior.
