The villa includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 additional toilet, making it ideal for families or groups. The interior is spacious and modern, with open-plan living and dining areas and large windows that provide abundant natural light and uninterrupted sea views. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, overlooking the sea. A unique waterfall feature flowing from the house into the pool adds a luxurious and relaxing touch. The outdoor area is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. For guests who enjoy staying active, the villa also features a private basketball court. This modern newly built villa is situated in a village, hence the name Villa Campagna (Italian: Village). Far from the crowd, offering privacy and peace. Allow this villa to give you, your family and friends an unforgettable holiday experience. Airport is only 8 minutes drive from the villa. UNESCO protected old town Trogir is reachable within minutes by car, beach as well. Being situated on the island you can go to different beaches every day. Split, the second largest city is only half an hour drive from the villa. Would you like to see other islands, national parks, all of it very close and easily organised by the host.
