The villa currently offers only one apartment for rent, meaning that the private swimming pool and outdoor barbecue area are exclusively available to guests of this apartment, with no shared facilities. The apartment features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, three balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a separate fitness room equipped with an exercise bike, elliptical trainer, and multi-purpose workout machine. The layout and amenities are designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, whether for a short holiday or an extended visit. In front of the villa, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with a large terrace of approximately 100 m², furnished with sun loungers and both sunny and shaded areas.
