The villa has a dining room with fully equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Large frameless windows with electric drive for remote control have 4 motorized wings facing west and 2 wings facing north. They go aside the rail to one side and open and extend the dining room onto the terrace. The villa has an elevator connecting all four floors. The 6-meter long pool has a counter-current Endless Pool. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own spacious bathroom, the toilets have a built-in bidet (washer), urinal and two sinks. The master bathroom has two parts, one with a bathtub with a view of the sea and the other with a shower. The beds are water-cooled with heating, two sizes 2.2 x 2.4 and two 2.0 x 2.2 m. The windows in the bedrooms have motorized blinds and allow complete blackout. Poggenpohl supplied the luxury kitchen with a large island and a Technistone work surface. The dining room has a 3 m long table with seating for up to 10 people. In the living room next to the dining room there is a quiet seating area with a 65" TV. On the upper floor, next to the master bedroom, you will find a large fitness room with a view of the sea. All indoor rooms have strong and quiet air conditioning. The garage is spacious enough for 2 large cars. Internet is via landline and also via satellite via Skylink. The villa is at the end of the village of Zaostrog, with a unique Mediterranean atmosphere of pine forest with small beaches partially shaded by trees. On the other side, there is a small village, the nearest restaurant is a 2-minute walk away, a little further on there is a cafe, a shop and a bakery.
