The villa is located on a property that offers privacy and relaxation. It has private parking, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The villa has two spacious terraces overlooking the open sea and a beautiful sunset. In front of the house there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower and wood grill and when guests want to swim in the sea there are three beaches nearby. One beach is sandy and there are two pleasant and quiet cafes / restaurants. In addition to a very short walk, they have at their disposal numerous beaches where they can isolate themselves and enjoy solitude. Nearby are cycling / hiking trails that offer recreation with unforgettable scents of Mediterranean aromatic herbs and sea views.
Kanica is a small tourist town located in the bay of the same name, located only 4.2 kilometers away from Rogoznica. Lovers of a peaceful vacation, where the only noise is made by crickets and choppy waves, will surely feel the warm homely atmosphere here. In addition to the beautiful sea, Kanica is also known for its hilly terrain, which is why some coves and beaches are more difficult to access. But believe us, the effort will pay off. You won't be short of hobbies because this place offers opportunities for diving, surfing, fishing and water skiing. If you want to include a little more research and sightseeing in your vacation, we recommend visiting beautiful Primošten, charming Trogir, magical Dragon's Eye and the incredible Krka National Park.
