Newly built Villa ELEA is situated in the quiet small place of Smokvica Krmpotska, know for its sweet Figs. Only 20 meters from the beach front of the crystal clear Adriatic sea. In our Villa you can peacefully use tap water as it comes directly from the Zrnovnica Spring. Each apartment has its own heated swimming pool, with stunning views of the Sea and Island Krk. For a quick turn around Villa ELEA is only a 40minute drive from the closest Airport - Rijeka. Villa ELEA is situated just a 16 minute drive to Novi Vinodolski. Offering a variety of supermarkets, street markets and bespoke restaurants. Villa ELEA is in close proximity to the town of Crikvenica, the Island Krk, the fashionabe Opatija and the breathtaking Plitvice Lakes National Park.
