Only 800 metres from Rovinj’s historical centre, Villa Sveta Eufemija offers air-conditioned rooms with a satellite TV and a private balcony with garden view. The beach in Lone Bay is 300 metres away. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. Each accommodation unit has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower. An open fireplace and a seating area with sofas are available in the common area. A barbecue is available in the garden filled with pine trees and palm trees. Tennis courts and a basketball terrain are within 200 metres from the property. Bike and scooter rental is possible on site. Sveta Eufemija Villa is approximately 500 metres away from the Golden Cape natural park. The park is within a pine forest and it offers a number of gravel and rocky beaches. There is also a small mooring bay.
