Villa Fiola is situated in the beautiful lagoon. It is built out of stones in traditional way. The air conditioned indoor area is 177 m2, a garage suitable for two cars and one outdoor parking space. The ground floor includes fully equiped kitchen, dining room and a living room with cable TV, radio and free Wi–Fi. This area is connected to a large sheltered terrace with panoramic view. There is also a daily toilet, a pantry and a separated bedroom with wardrobe and intimate bathroom. The ground floor sheltered terrace is equipped with deck chairs and a table for serving meals. This is a perfect place to have a quiet breakfast, morning coffee or an outdoor evening meal. In the frontyard there is a tradicionaly built stone barbecue with a built in sink. Also, an outdoor shower made out of stone can come in handy. On the first floor there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms connected with big shaltered balcony. From there you have fantastic view on the lagoon and sourroanding islands. There is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pier where you can find our ocean kayak, which is available to our guests (experience a morning kayak trip in a peacefull lagoon).

Since the island is well known by its lamb, famous Pag cheese which is among the best in the world, fresh fish and very good wine, you will surely have an exciting gastronomic experience. There are lot of local restaurants in Novalja and in other nearby places. Well known 24/7 party Zrce Beach is placed on the other side of the lagoon (so you don’t have to worry about the loud music) and it is very attractive for young people. Zrce Beach is just a 10 minute drive from Zubovici by car or by boat during the day (in case you would like to visit an after-beach party). Zubovici is typical middle Adriatic island village. It is a quiet place next to the crystal clear see with beautiful natural sand and gravel beaches „Veli Zal“ and „ Plat”. Both of them are 5 to 10 minute walk from our villa, perfect for family vacations. Whether you’re interested in cycling or running while enjoying beautiful scenery, you won’t feel left out as the Island is especially convenient for these sports. Beside three restaurants in the village, you can find bars at the beaches. There is also a grocery store, bakery, post office and a church.
