Welcome to this newly built holiday home ideally located in a quiet street with only a minute walk to the beach. Modernly furnished featuring a sweeping staircase, large open-concept kitchen and living room, two spacious bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, a large terrace over looking a beautiful garden and a private parking ensuring you have everything you need for your holiday. On the ground floor there is: - an open-concept kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, dishes, cookware and glassware - a dining table for five people - living room with a sofa, ottoman, TV and a shelving unit, - a toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, of which one bedroom has a balcony and a working desk. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Large terrace with a dining table for six people and bio-climatic pergola lets you enjoy the terrace no matter the weather conditions. The apartment has its own entrance, providing guests with total privacy. There is a dedicated private parking with a pathway which leads to the apartment. The guests may also enjoy the garden and outdoor shower which is perfect for hot summer days.
