Villa Iginia is located in Nerezine, on the island of Losinj. We are located in the centre, about 300 meters from the main supermarket, as well as from restaurants, bars and the central square. There are an infirmary and a pharmacy in the village. The closest hospital is in Mali Lošinj (15 km). The house is located on a large property, away from the main road. Access to Villa Igini is from Marinculic Street, from which you turn left into a private parking lot. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. The yard is open, so please take care of your pets so they don't wander. People with reduced mobility have the option of using the room and the bathroom without a threshold on the ground floor. Note: The house can accommodate up to 10 people, including children. You are renting the house in full. No other guests were present at the given time.
The family tourist facility on the island of Lošinj has been operating since 1960 when our aunt had her first guests in this house. The house is named after our aunt. Villa Iginia is our heritage that we are very proud of. We believe that you will enjoy every moment you spend on the island of Lošinj and in Villa Iginia. Today the facility is run by mother Milena and sons Antun and Egon. We try to make our guests feel better than they do in their own homes, and the accommodation helps us.
To the left of the main road, at the foot of Osoršćica Hill, are located Nerezine, which was discovered as a tourist spot in the last century thanks to Crown Prince Rudolf Habsburg of Austria. The bell tower of the Franciscan church with the monastery (15th c.) dominates the site. The interior of the church hides sacred works of art, among which the gracefulness of the image of the Virgin and Child, made by an unknown Venetian painter from the 15th century. Nerezine is a place that gradually evolved from a centre of gravity and pastoral life into a fishing and naval settlement with a shipyard known for its craftsmen and craftsmen. The old shipyard is still in operation, and a new marina is being renovated, which will enrich the tourist offer of the place. Nerezine's place is quiet, without noisy parties and no crowds if you don't want it. You have privacy on the property, you are sheltered from prying eyes, and you can relax in a society of your choice.
