New renovated original stone villa is originally built 1958 Villa Joe is set on 3 floors, with a total of 300 m2 of living space and 700 m2 outdoor. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and capacity 10+2 guests. The 1st floor is the living area, dining room, kitchen, wine cellar, room with billiards and dart and toilette. On the 2nd floor are three bedrooms and covered terrace where guests can relax in with a beautiful panoramic view and nice breeze during the summer or do exercise on the professional, Technogym - Artis line, cardio machines. Two master bedrooms are at 3rd floor. All bedrooms and a living room have a flat-screen TV and the villa is fully air-conditioned, thus covered with wireless internet connection. There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area. Other outdoor amenities are swimming pool 10 m*4 m with shallow, cover and heated. 3 bicycles, and children's playground, shower and deck chairs by the pool. Hot tube and sauna are in the room next to the pool and there is shower room and toilette. Parking is provided for 4 cars and with our partners we provide rent a car and transfers. Villa Joe is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of nature, panoramic views of the sea and garden facing the south and it ideal for a comfortable and peaceful vacation.

Villa Joe is situated in the peaceful village Mocici in Konavle, most beautiful part of the Dubrovnik Riviera. Village Mocici is located in Cilipi known as a location of the Dubrovnik Airport. Cilipi are the largest settlement in the area called Konavle. 5 km from the villa is the nearest village by the see is Cavtat with plenty of bars, restaurants, beautiful walking paths by the see. There is also Molunat which is one of the southernmost places of Croatia, near the border with Montenegro which is 20 km away. Villa Joe is located 18 kilometers from Dubrovnik. In Konavle field abot 10 km from the villa is beautiful of river Ljuta with old mill and beautiful nature. In the area are several good winery and agritourisms serving traditional dishes. Lovers of cycling can choose any of the bike trails length of 10 kilometers or more. 5 km away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic "Pasjaca" whose beauty and purity of the sea are breathtaking. Also in the range of 3-5 km are plenty of different beaches, Plat beach, beach Rat Cavtat, beach Zal Cavtat (ideal for kids)... Through entire area are hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the untouched nature.
